What is your fave pet in the game? Black Widow Spider, definitely

What was the first pet you got? After the stalker, Wolf.

Which one do you have now? My Ranger has a Mountain Eagle; Necro has an Imperial Phoenix (which goes really well with her brightly colored Vabbian outfit)

Do you have any pets for heroes, and what are they? Most of them are outfitted with a Black Moa (easiest insta-lvl 20), but on my Ranger, Margrid has a Raven and Jin has a tiger (haven't got Pyre on him, yet).

My fav pet: Rainbow Phoenix. It's huge and colorful.

My current pets:
Necro: Rainbow Phoenix. He's my main, he deserved it so much x].
Dervish: Black Widow. Looks cool with FoW armor O_o.
Rit: White Tiger. Was back when I wore my 15k Imperial, and I thought it looked really good with it. Haven't used the pet much more these days though...
Ranger: Jahai Rat. Rats are underrated and unique x]. Might change for an albino though, we'll see.
Assassin: Blue Crab. Called it "Brackets" for some random reason.

First pets: Melandru's Stalker. Didn't like it. Ranger got a Lynx after, then I went for a Black Moa, Dune Lizard, and then I got my fat rat. Necro had a Black Moa at first, then got a Flamingo (pink necro = pink bird no? x]) and decided to get PKM... bird came with it x].

I don't have any pets for my heroes, they're usually running BHA and I don't have much of a use for pets on it.

Only two heroes of me got a pet the both rangers.

1 ranger got:Black Moa
other ranger got:Black moa
some people find Black Moa cooler than White but white is harder 2 get i think

My FAVOURITE is the blue crab one

I have one called "Choppy" (was going to name it citizen snips, but not sure about character limit)

First: Wolf (Thank god I don't have it any more because it Howls all the time, even through cut scenes)

No pets for my heroes. Though if I get hold of a decent BM build that will change.

Currently I'm only really using my ranger for AB's, running a BM build. The build itself sucks (I am looking for a better build), but it is reasonably successful because hardly anyone ever attacks a BM when there are other targets around. Especially when I was running it with a level 19 pet

My Necro has a Black Moa, but never uses it. I will get a Phoenix and a Rainbow Phoenix and a Black Widow to add it to the hall of monuments later. But my three ranger heroes use their pets:

Jin: Black Wolf
Margrid: White Wolf
Pyre: Snow Wolf
... and they are Dire Wolves.
(BTW: White and Black Wolf are same size, the Tyrian Snow Wolf is still a tiny bit larger, despite same evolution)

The same for my Mesmer, which has a white tiger called Montecore herself, she maybe has the funniest companions:

Jin: Blue Crab
Margrid: Red Crab
Pyre: White Crab

Shift the order and you get the french flag...

Ranger: Snow Wolf herself, levelled the hard way to dire, this is why she will not give it up ever.

Jin: Orange Tiger
Margrid: Hyena
Pyre: Normal Moa

The idea was to have every ranger a beast from their homeland.

Everytime I got too lazy to level a pet, e.g. on my Elementalist's rangers, they got a Black Moa or Black Widows.

Snow Wolf

Rainbow Phoenix and Mountain Eagle(have 2 rangers) have neither equipped unless i am playing Beastmaster.

Do you have any pets for heroes, and what are they?
I only have pets on ranger heroes...but dont use them for play anymore..rather 2 useful skills in those slots.

Only on two Jins - one has a phoenix and the other a hyena. The hyena is ace, the noise makes me laugh but he tends to get stuck in geometry a lot.. >.>

I have an Elder Black Widow named Faithful Sno.

My first pet was a Black Widow. I've gone through quite a few.
My heroes don't have any.

My first absolutely favourite was the Bear.
They are soooo cuddly!
Then Factions came - and the Bear had to step aside for ... the one and only ...
the Crane!111
Then the Crane was nerfed (bastards!) and so I moved to the lovely and most adorable Tiger!
I then thought of moving onto the Flamingo - but I am not really feeling it.

All my pets pretty much have the same names though - it's either Sweetypie or Sugarlumps. (Lovely seeing a hearty bear named Sugarlumps!

My favorite pet is: ALL.

But I can have only one at the time. Come on ArenaNet, add a way to have multiple pets in one character.

Idea: Let us show pet in town when the Charm skill is equipped, then (only in town) you can click in a new button next to the pet HP bar for select of a list of all your pets.

Idea 2: Add new title for pets, you max title getting all pets to level 20.

Idea 3: Add more pets to game.

First pet I ever tamed was the Wolf in pre searing, and I was shocked when I got a quest just after going post searing that tried to force me to abandon that pet in favour of a stalker...

Skipping the quest I went on to trade my wolf in for a White Tiger once I saw them in Factions.

I tamed a Polar Bear on Jora, just looks sweet next to her.

I would say that White tiger is the best followed by any Wolf then the Bears. Never been a real spider fan but they look cool with a necro/ranger.
